With over 20 years of experience, we manage each building, one building at a time and each unit, one unit at a time. Whether it is a 100 year old building or new state-of-the-art complex, we treat each property equally.

• Full property management staff including Property Managers, Accounting
  and Administrative Departments
• Local property management office located in Brighton, MA including Property Management,
  General Management, Administrative Management and Financial Management
• Collection of all rents, condominium fees, deposits and all other monies
• Various payment options including ACH, credit cards and E-Banking
• Maintain multiple billing accounts through a specialized property management
  web-based software program
• Maintain complete owner, residents, trustee, vendor, insurance, accounting and legal
  records with off-site storage
• Provide outside legal services for all collection matters instituting legal action
• Completed financial services including: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Budget
  Comparison, Trial Balance, Bank Statements and Reconciliation, Accounts Receivables
  and Accounts Payables
• Use of all standard property management forms
• Preparation of annual operating budgets
• Preparation of annual meetings and minutes
• Negotiating and reviewing master insurance policies and handling all insurance
  claims as needed
• Open communication with owners, trustees and residents
• Solving owner, trustee and resident issues
• Coordinating all parking spaces, storage bins and bike spaces
• Provide all pertinent information for closings and refinancing
• Enforcing all rules and regulations of the property
